Information and Instructions for Charities/Good Causes/ Volunteer Groups

APPLICATIONS:
Apply using the button at the bottom of this page Please do NOT apply until you have read, understood and agree to comply. Contact us if you have a problem with online application.

All applicants will be notified by email as soon as possible, normally within 14 days if their application has been succesful. Unallocated applicants can opt to be waitlisted.

Fees.
-
Charities and Voluntary Groups: payment by voluntary donation, however allocation over 3 metres may be charged (£12/metre)
-
Due (where applicable) as soon as application has been accepted, otherwise pitch may be released for re-booking
-
Non-refundable except in the case of formal cancellation.

Health and Safety. Submit (electronic preferably) copies, as applicable:

Relevant Liability Insurance e.g. Public (and Employee if required)

Risk Assessment

Method Statement

Any other certification required for your operation

MAY QUEEN FIELD ‘On The Day’

Open for setup from 8.00 a.m. Public admitted from11a.m.- 5.00 p.m.

Stallholders will receive two free event passes on arrival.

Stall setup must be complete by 10.30 a.m.
-
There will be NO ACCESS to the MQF after 10.15 a.m.
-
One vehicle per stall (unless by agreed special arrangement)
-
ALL vehicle, stall, equipment, etc must be KEPT WITHIN ALLOCATED PITCH
-
NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT after 10.40 until event close
-
NOTE. There are NO POWER OR WATER services provided on the MQF
-
Prohibited sales: tobacco, alcohol (except licensed bar) and any illegal substances
-
Limited Saturday setup is possible by agreed special arrangement
-
Stallholders must remove their own waste from the field.

On arrival, you will be met by a marshal at the field entrance and you are welcome to open up as soon as you are set up. Come early; the field will be busy very quickly as vehicles and exhibitors arrive to set up.
