What to do on the day … Guidance for traders.
Main Event Field – MAY QUEEN FIELD
Directions:
May Queen Field, Pepper St, Lymm, WA13 0JB – The site will be signposted on all the approaches to the village. A map is available on the website CLICK HERE FOR MAP
Please study the map.The field is not visible from the road
Arrangements:
The field will be open for setting up on the day from 8am. (Earlier by SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT - PLEASE CONTACT US)
Please note the roads will be closed by 10.10 but we would have expected you arrive well before that
.Food traders should be set up by 10am at the latest for inspection.
On arrival.
You will be met by a marshall at the entrance gate where you will be directed to your pre-allocated pitch.The field is well drained with a very slight slope and will have 100 metres of trackway to ensure safe, secure entry and exit. The public will be admitted at 11:00. Any essential vehicle movement between 10:45 and 17:00 will be strictly under marshall's control and must be kept to an absolute minimum for health and safety reasons.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO OUR SINGLE POINT OF ENTRY ANY VEHICLE ARRIVING AFTER 8AM CANNOT LEAVE THE FIELD UNTIL THE END OF THE EVENT. DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT! BRING EVERYTHING YOU NEED ON WTH YOU
Additional Information for Main Event Field Traders
Parking
Vehicles essential to the running of the stall will be able to park next to the stall. You should have included that in your space requirements when you applied if your are a food trader. For general traders we will try to provide one parking place per stall directly behind that stall. We cannot accommodate any other trader parking on the field. Please see info on local parking.
Facilities:
There are no water or mains electricity supplies on the field. All traders requiring water or power must provide their own. ALL food/drinks vendors must be equipped with adequate facilities for washing hands and equipment to include: hot and cold water, antibacterial handwash, paper towels. Please be fully set up by 10am for Health Inspection.
Waste Disposal:
Please take as much litter away with you as possible. There will also be bins provided on the field.
Limited Saturday Set-up on Main Event Field:
There is the possibility of setting up equipment, gazebos etc. on Saturday by confirmed pre-agreement. We will have a presence on the field overnight but we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage if you choose to do this. If you wish/need to set up on Saturday afternoon please let us know so that we can be sure to have some-one there to receive you email John Parry johnparry13@btinternet.com

Please be patient for departure. There may be some delay as we have so many vehicles leaving through a single departure point. Please take as much litter with you as possible.
